The Infoplus Community exists to foster constructive ideas, questions and shared solutions on Infoplus for its customers. Be yourself with the golden rule in mind: Treat others as you would like to be treated.

Stay on Topic

The information shared here is for topics related to Infoplus and related warehouse solutions discussions. Cute cat pictures might be fun, but this audience is serious about their business, so let’s stick with all the ways to make your ecommerce fulfillment experience great.

Abstain from Obscenities or Abusive Language

This is an extension of the General Guidelines. Anyone who is found to be abusive to another member, or uses obscene or discriminatory language or images, will be banned. This ban may be temporary or permanent, depending on the flagrancy of the violation, and is at the discretion of Infoplus.

Don’t Sell Here

We will delete any advertising, spam or other form of soliciting, and ban the user posting it. This includes any 3rd party links for the purpose of solicitation or otherwise deemed off-topic.

No Personal Contact Information

This is for your safety. Any public posting of personal contact information will be removed.

No Flame Wars

Do not post comments which have the sole purpose to cause an argument. You may express your opinion on a topic, however abuse to anyone who doesn't have the same opinion as you will not be tolerated. Violators will be banned. If a topic gets out of control and a thread becomes inflamed, it will be closed.

Respectful Posting

In an effort to be respectful to your community peers, avoid using all caps that can easily be interpreted as shouting or being hostile. Refrain from topic “bumping” or repeated posting that could be construed as spamming.

There may be times when our members or guests may feel upset. If you have a problem with Infoplus or any particular user, please submit a ticket with the details including related screenshots of the issue.

Infoplus may remove a post to the Infoplus Community at any time.

We have a three strike system for users who does not comply with the Code of Conduct.

  • First Offense: A warning.

  • Second Offense: Suspension from the community for one week

  • Third Offense: A permanent ban.

In severe cases the offender may be banned before making three offenses.
