The Order Line table lists all ordered line items (SKUs). The data is sorted by Order Number, but you can modify the sort by clicking on column headers.


If you want to know how many orders have come in for a particular SKU, search for the SKU in the Order Line table. Every order that contains the SKU will appear in the table. You can search and sort by other criteria as well. And you can export the data to Excel or PDF.


NOTE: You can view ordered line items in various places in Infoplus (i.e., the Order tab in the Item Record, the Line Items column in the Order table). The Order Line table simply provides a view of orders by line item. 


View and Export Order Lines

  1. Access the "Order Lines" table. Two methods:
    From the Dashboard: Click the “Account Management” tab, click the “Order Management” App, then click the “Order Lines” Table.
    From the Quick Actions shortcut: Press a dot (period) on your keyboard, then select “Order Lines” from the list of Quick Actions.
  2. Search for data using the column criteria at the top of the table. See Search Within Tables for more information. NOTE: You can also add and remove columns from the table. See Show / Hide Table Columns for more information. 
  3. To Export a list of order lines, click the Actions button and select Excel or PDF. See Export Records to Excel or PDF for more information.
  4. To Open an Order Line, click on the record. The Order Line record will appear. Use the tabs at the bottom of the window for more information.
