Call Center: Search for (View) an Order
Search or view an order to check the status of legacy clients.
Call Center: Search for (View) an Order
Two methods in which to search for an order:
- Enter a keyword (i.e., order number or customer name) into the Quick Search field at the top of any window. This field searches all of Infoplus. See Use Quick Search for more information
- In the “OMS Order” table, enter text into the Search field at the top of the table. Infoplus searches every field in the table for the text you typed. See Search Within Tables for more information.
