Please add the ability to simply CC/BCC on default email templates.

The current system requires Custom Template and scripting with The Support team does not support.

For clarification. We want this so that the customer and an internal employee receive THE SAME Shipment Confirmation/Delivery Confirmation emails.

Within a system where a non-dev can easily set up these up, as the client facing (sales, management) employee should be able to do this for themselves.
