The only description available for LineItems on email templates is {lineItem.fullDescription}
This limits you to the 80 character combination of Item Description(40) and Additional Description(40).
It would be convenient to have access to Packing Slip Description(250?) as this has a far higher char limit, or possibly access to items custom fields where an email description could be stored if it needed to be different.
