This would make packing LARGE orders like over 25 units + much easier and efficient. Also even able to scan Master carton UPCs and Inner carton UPCs in replacement of the each level UPC to input the quantity.
This is a big one for us. Having to scan a carton with a large amount of items numerous times is very inefficient. This would help us a lot
Thanks,
Frank
Just wanted to ask, is there a timeline on the above? I'm trying to determine if we should develop something internally to work around the limitations of the Pack Station, or wait until a feature comes out that improves the above
Thanks
Frank
Really need this feature. Packing by scanning each item while nice is too slow. The system lags and we need a faster way to pack more quantities quickly.
Just want to check if there are any plans to implement this fix to the Pack Station? Had an order today that was 12 cases, but had 12 eaches in each case. This resulted in 144 scans, when it should only be 12. As I'm sure you're aware, this lost time adds up over the course of a day
Thanks,
Frank
Would also be very beneficial if the Pack Station recognized UPC vs Case Barcode to improve accuracy
Thanks,
Frank
We had one with 3000 scans earlier this week (4 cartons of 700 and one of 200). . . . . needless to say I had to make the cartons on the desktop tables, which is not an efficient process.
Hey all,
I have an exciting update to share with you all - this has been implemented! You now have the ability to scan a single SKU and then key in the quantity of the SKU without needing to scan each item individually.
I'm really pleased we were able to make this happen as I can imagine it's going to be a serious time saver for many of you if not all.
Check our website here to get the full details of how this is done:

Cheers all around!
Excellent news!
Now we just need the packing station and shipping station criteria to be assignable on a process level like the pick scan scheme and we will be all set.
Thank you for the constant improvement to the system!

Allow for multiple packing station criteria that would allow a user to scan one item and enter the quantity packed out into the package vs. having to scan each item individually.
This would be beneficial for orders with large quantities of different SKUs.
It would also be beneficial for International Orders which require the order to be cartonized.
