As we enable the serial scheme for a particular item and utilize the receiving app to capture those serial numbers, how do we manually interact with the information that was captured?
For example, can we print a report of the serial numbers for an ASN? Can we manually enter a serial number if it was received via the receiving worksheet so that the serials for a particular PO stay together?
The item serial table is the place to interact with serial numbers. It functions in the same fashion as all the other tables within Infoplus. XLS and PDF reports are easily generated from this table. It should have everything you need, including ASN info.

Manually entering serial numbers is currently a backlogged feature that we're hoping to have prioritized and released shortly.
