In the Pack Station app, users have the option of using carton LPNs to pack their items. After an order is fully packed and shipped these carton LPNs get "released" from the order so they may be used for future orders. There are rare cases when one of the carton LPNs doesn't get released and cannot be used for future orders until it's released. Users then have to contact Infoplus Support to release this carton LPN.
In the future, we would like to add a process or a button that could be used to manually release a carton LPN from an order. This will aid in recovery if an order ever becomes shipped but a carton LPN tied to that order didn't get released.
