Wondering why "On-the-Dock" items are not being removed from being on the dock report when a receipt for that item is completed. Can that get fixed so it works in the new system? Thanks and advise.
Moving forward, the idea is that the Receiving Worksheet in Infoplus will replace the traditional "On the Dock" report that was in IPC. So although there will not be an OTD report, all of that information will be made available to you in the Receiving Worksheet. As far as why your "items aren't being removed from being on the dock report when a receipt for that item is completed", question is concerned, I'm converting this to a support ticket so that you can provide examples of this. We may need to investigate further into this issue.
